Cancellation and Refund Policy

Weather-related cancellation or postponement. All rides are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled or postponed at The Bluemont Connection’s discretion. If your ride or class must be postponed due to weather conditions, we will let you know promptly, and will either schedule a new date for your ride, reserve a spot for you on another ride, or issue a full refund.

Life-Happens Cancellations. Life does, in fact, happen. We get it. If you’ve scheduled a ride or class with us and life gets in the way, let us know as soon as possible by emailing or calling the number on your ride/class confirmation email.

While we do not offer refunds for cancellations, we will be happy to reschedule your ride/class, or provide credit for use in future rides or classes -- depending on when you notify us. Here’s our cancellation and credit timeline:

Yahoo! You can use 100% of the cost as credit for your next ride/class.

Up to 5 days before your ride/class

You can use 50% of your payment as credit for your next ride/class

5 days and less before your ride/class

You may use 25% of the ride/class cost as credit for your next ride/class

No show or day-of cancellations

Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue credit or refund
